Plymouth Housing is actively engaged in two significant projects aimed at expanding their support for individuals experiencing homelessness. The first project, located in downtown Redmond at 16725 Cleveland St., is in the predevelopment phase and aims to construct a new permanent supportive housing facility. This building will feature 100 residential units for individuals earning 0-30% of the Area Median Income (AMI), along with ground-floor office and commercial spaces, and outdoor amenities. The groundbreaking is scheduled for 2025 with an opening in 2026. The second project involves the rehabilitation of the Pacific Apartments at 317 Marion Street, Seattle. This historic building, acquired in 1995 and a recipient of the State Historic Preservation Officer’s Awards, is undergoing renovations to convert single-room occupancy units into studio and one-bedroom units, including accessibility and system upgrades, to better serve its residents.
