WUCF's America250 initiative is a comprehensive three-year project commemorating the 250th anniversary of the United States. This initiative includes the creation of both local and national content, the hosting of community events, and the development of educational programs aimed at fostering civic engagement, exploring historical themes, and promoting unity. Supported by the Ginsburg Family Foundation, America250 engages Central Floridians of diverse ages and backgrounds, encouraging them to connect with their history and actively participate in shaping the future.
