What if your last paycheck was your last paycheck?

It’s a tough question to think about, but an important one. We take added steps to ensure a lot of things in our lives: our homes, our phones, our cars, maybe even our televisions or appliances – and certainly our own lives.

But do we insure our paychecks? Do we prepare for the possibility that an illness or injury may prevent us from being able to work and to provide for our families?

It’s tempting to think that it’ll never happen to us, but the statistics tell a different story.
