CORA’s sports medicine program is more than evidence-based, on-site, sports injury rehabilitation. It’s community outreach, education, and wellness, too. This comprehensive approach is our greatest differentiator, and, thanks to direct access is available to all. We call it ActiveTracks.

ActiveTracks ensures that every athlete and consumer, no matter the sport, event or setting, has access to a robust, highly skilled, proactive medical team. Powered by exceptionally adept, highly effective athletic trainers and physical therapists, ActiveTracks allows us to prevent, evaluate, treat and rehabilitate the acute and chronic injuries and conditions that can result from high-impact, high-repetition occupations and sports activities, including torn ACLs, meniscus, and rotator cuffs, musculoskeletal issues, sprains and strains, tendonitis, bursitis and more, whether it’s for professional athletes, leisure sport participants or the senior center residents next door.

Here, you’ll meet clinicians who are nationally certified and, where applicable, state-licensed. They are well versed in the latest modalities, including Kinesio Taping, and equally skilled at adapting the latest treatment options for each person’s needs, regardless of whether they’re part of our outreach efforts (say, on-site with an employer or at a community 5K), our athletic training programs at more than 40 local and regional schools, colleges and universities or our post-rehab strength and conditioning treatments at one of our 200+ CORA facilities throughout Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Illinois, and Missouri.
