Bruno's Italian is the proud vision of the original owners and continued head chef, Antonio Bruno and his wife Antonina Bruno. While Tony and Nina have since retired, and leave the restaurant in the hands of new owners, they continue to help in ensuring that the restaurant remains a gem of Cedar City, UT.

Antonio was born in Sicily, Italy. When he came to the United States in 1966 Tony started job dishwashing in a New Jersey Italian restaurant and the rest is history! He met his beautiful wife, Nina Gambino Bruno, on February 16th, 1970 and the two were married 21 days later on March 9th. Happily married for 48 years, Tony and Nina opened their first restaurant together in 1976 in Toronto Canada. The restaurant was named Little Italy. The two have been bringing delicious food to the public ever since.
