With 40+ years of fastener distribution experience, Bill Derry lends the strategic direction that has played a significant role in Field’s 20% year-over-year growth for the past 25 years. His varied background in product management, manufacturing management, applications, and product engineering and quality assurances help to inspire Field's "technical approach to fastening" philosophy.

Bill is also a central figure in several outside industry organizations. He has been on the Board of Directors for – and previously was President of – the National Fastener Distributor Association (NFDA). In addition, he spent three years as a delegate to the Industrial Fastener Institute.
