The Kirksville Community Chorus is a group of interested adult singers from Kirksville and the surrounding areas, who meet to learn and perform a variety of choral music for fun, recreation and community service. The chorus has been in existence since 1998. Members of the chorus range in age from high school to college to adults. No auditions are held.
The chorus meets every Monday evening, 7:00 p.m., September through May at the Kirksville High School Music Room 148. The chorus presents two concerts a year and is available for community programs in varied venues as well as seasonally. The conductor of the chorus is Rebecca Murphy. Lynae McFarland is the accompanist.
