The Kirksville Community Band meets in June and July each summer and is open to high school students and older. Rehearsals begin June 1 at the Kirksville High School Band Room from 7:00-9:00 pm and will continue on Monday nights through July. The band will perform 3-5 concerts per season. The directors are Brad Hudson, Director of Bands for the Kirksville R-III School District, and Dr. Jay Bulen, Music Department Chair at Truman State University.
