Legislative Advocacy

The Central Jersey Board of Realtist is actively involved in legislative advocacy to influence housing-related policies and legislation. We work to ensure that the voices of our members and the communities we serve are heard by policymakers at all levels of government. Our advocacy efforts focus on promoting fair housing practices, addressing housing discrimination, and supporting policies that increase access to affordable housing. We engage in various advocacy activities, including lobbying, public testimony, and coalition building. Our members are encouraged to participate in these efforts, helping to amplify our collective impact. By advocating for policies that promote equity and inclusion in housing, we aim to create a more just and fair housing market for all.
