Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation (Phase II) is a monitored exercise class held three times a week. Cardiac rehabilitation provides education and other services to help heart patients increase physical fitness, reduce cardiac symptoms, improve health and reduce the risk of future heart problems, including heart attack.

Information is given to assist you in reducing stress, improving your diet and understanding your health status. Individualized education is provided based on your interest and need.
